Admits to all regular-season home games for that level of that sport only.

Event Policy: Refunds, minus a $5.00 processing fee, will only be granted on or before April 29. This is a FIRM date due to catering number requirements.

All students will need to fill out this form online in order to purchase a ticket. If the guest is not an Olmsted Falls student, the guest form, emergency medical form and a photocopy of their ID must be uploaded to the google form. The Prom Letter will give more information. It is also where the guest forms and emergency medical forms are located.

Don't forget to fill out this Google Form. This is needed for dietary information AND if you're bringing a date that does not attend Olmsted Falls High School. Prom Google Form

A waiver for these events will need to be filled out by 5/10/2024 in order to participate. Please email the waiver to ofhspostprom2024@gmail.com.

Please make sure that the names on the tickets are in the student's names and not the ticket purchaser's name (if parent/guardian).
